職場上每天要說的10句話
1. "Heres what Im thinking."

Youre in charge, but that doesnt mean youre smarter, savvier, or more insightful than everyone else. Give reasons. Justify with logic, not with position or ority can make you "right,"but collaboration makes everyone right--and makes everyone pull together.
你是負責人,但這並不意味着你比別人更聰明、精明、或更有遠見。給出理由。用邏輯證明,而不是用職位或權威。權力可以讓你“正確”,但協作讓每個人都正確——也讓大家齊心協力。

No one gets enough praise. Pick someone--pick anyone--who did something well and say, "Wow, that was great how you..."Praise is a gift that costs the giver nothing but is priceless to the recipient. Start praising. The people around you will love you for it--and youll like yourself a little better, too.
再怎麼讚美別人也不爲過。選一個人——挑任何人都可以——他做了件好事然後你說:“哇,你做了……是多麼棒啊”讚美這個禮物不需要成本,但對接受者來說是無價的。開始讚揚吧。你周圍的人會因此喜歡你——你也會多喜歡自己一點。

Think about a time you gave a gift and the recipient seemed uncomfortable or awkward. Their reaction took away a little of the fun for you, right?Dont let thanks, congratulations, or praise be all about you. Make it about the other person, too.
想想你送了別人禮物,對方卻表現得不太舒服或尷尬侷促的時候。這樣的反應讓你沒了些樂趣,是嗎?別隻想着得到感謝、祝賀或讚美。也跟別人說這些吧。

When you need help, regardless of the type of help you need or the person you need it from, just say, sincerely and humbly, "Can you help me?"I promise youll get help. And in the process youll show vulnerability, respect, and a willingness to listen--which are all qualities of a great leader.

Say youre sorry, say why youre sorry, and take all the blame. No less. No you both get to make the freshest of fresh starts.

Advice is temporary;knowledge is forever. Knowing what to do helps, but knowing how or why to do it means just ask for input. Ask to be taught or trained.

You may think venting will make you feel better, but it never l never recover from the damage you inflict on an employees quiet until you know exactly what to say--and exactly what affect your words will have.
