HR working opportunity-based in(東北-盤錦)-25W/year
MISION
1. Desing and implement the recruitment strategy, external selection and internal mobility of professionals to respond to Company needs in time and quality.
2. Define the processes and tools necessary for the proper performance evaluation, identify potential in the organization, and define plans to ensure the development of talent.
3. Promote the training needs assesment, desing learning pathways, advise and manage the plans and actions training in different areas.
4. Introduce, coordinate and supervise the implementation of Labour Relations policies and ensure complaince with labor laws to employees.
5. Implement and assess the impact of policies salaries.
6. Manage hiring of personnel, severance payments, holidays , le******es and benefits according to policies, rules and procedures of the Company.
7. Perform payroll processing.
8. Keep the organizational system, updating, modifying and or deleting existing positions or defining new positions. Analysis and job description.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR Generalist,Business Partner or HR Management role.
Experience in working for a multinational or medium company.
Working knowledge of country HR legislation, regulations, policies and practices.
English level: high (speaking, reading, writing).
Business administration degree, Law degree or similar.
Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Highly developed problem solving skills. Ability to develop consultative relationships with management and influence both strategic and tactical outcomes. Highly developed problem solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the presence and ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of staff. Approachable, empathetic and responsible to others′ needs with the ability to confront issues diplomatically. Pragmatic, resourceful, self-aware and collaborator.
