美國高中的錄取和大學錄取的大致流程一樣，需要學校和申請人面談溝通的一個過程，而且作爲學校對申請者選拔過程中比較重要的一個環節。如何把握住這一環節成爲廣大初、高中申請者所密切關注的問題。下面筆者就美國高中申請面試環節需要關注的諸多問題爲大家一一解答。

一、面試時校方可能提出的問題

許多“面試問題”與“入學短文題目”很相似。所不同的是，對於短文題目的回答時寫在紙上，有字數的限制，不易發揮;而對於面試的問題，申請人可根據情況，將內容伸長或縮短，可選擇性地加強語氣，表示強調某些內容，並可適當的添枝加葉，使內容更加充實，有時問題回答的.好壞，很大成都取決於申請人有備而來的臨場發揮。

1. 學術背景和初、高中學校(Your Academic Background and School)

1) 告訴我一些關於你的課程，你最喜歡的初、高中課程，爲什麼?哪一門課程對於你來說使最困難或最具挑戰性?(Tell me something about your courses, what is your favorite subject in high school? Why? Or what courses have been most difficult or most challenging for you?)
