我該怎麼開口請年假

請假前經常會有一個時期的'思想鬥爭，要猶豫很多天，不知如何開口，或者開不了口...

顧慮不外乎以下幾點：

1.並沒有在這裏做了一年甚至好幾年，沒超過半年就請假是否很過分?

2.如果沒被批准豈不是很沒面子，多尷尬啊

3.假後回來工作也許會很忙，爲前面落下的事，也需要一兩天緩衝銜接

4.同事們由於沒有回老家需求，一般都只一次請個2天，而我想一次性把年假休完7天，這麼對比一下，估計經理會很鬱悶我吧

如果在國慶的時候休完7天，加上調休、週末將有16天，足夠回家一趟，所以我這幾天天天都在構想我的回家藍圖，所謂的?

郵件早就打好了草稿，有誰能幫我完善一下不?爭取一次搞定：

Dear XX(our manager),

I want to take A/L of this year, kindly adv your cmts for that. thanks a lot.

total -- 7days balance this year for me

Plan -- option A: 27~30 of Sep & 7~9 of Oct (7days)

option B: 27~30 of Sep (4days)

Remarks : I plan to go to HB hometown, due to far distance & haven’t seen my parents so long time, looking forward to this trip so much. Could you tell me which is perfect between A & B? tks !
