一、注重教學過程管理，強調先進教學方法和理念的實施。

如何充分發揮國小英語在實現教育目標中的功能，從而體現國小英語在整個課程中的地位和作用，是國小英語教學必須重視的問題。英語學習的啓蒙階段是非常重要的，教學的成功與否將對學生的終身學習產生深遠影響。國小開設英語課程的目的在於培養學生學習英語的積極情感，形成初步的英語語感，打好語音、語調的基礎，具備用所學英語進行交流的初級能力。通過英語課程的學習，豐富社會生活經歷、開拓視野、樹立學習的自信心。爲此在實際教學中我們要求廣大教師積極實踐和探索，在教學目標、課程實施、教學方法、教學評價等方面做到層層推進。在實踐過程中應該明確以下幾點：

二、創設良好的語言學習環境，擴展英語教學的時空。

⒈靈活安排教學組織和課堂，以學生爲主體，充分調動學生的積極性，開展兩人小組、多人小組、成行、成排、半班等多種形式的活動。這是國小英語教學的重要特點之一。只有開展這些活動才能使每一個學生充分地參與課堂實踐，才能體現出語言的交際性，才能實現師生之間和學生之間的互動性。課堂上課桌椅的擺放形式根據教學的需要採用不同的方式——秧田式、半圓式、全圓式、雙圓式等，目的是爲了更好地開展各種教學活動。這樣做可以促進師生之間的情感交流，而且可以幫助學生培養起互相關心，合作的團隊精神。

三、努力總結和發現問題，及時調整。

在實際教學過程中，教師應積極實踐，不斷探索，針對實際工作中出現的問題和學生身心特點，總結規律，認真思考，不斷摸索。尤其是在中教師應具備良好的應變機制。①學習過程要有趣味性、有意義，要有利於激發學生主動參與的慾望。②善於利用學生的生活體驗，通過讓學生交流，使他們對所學語言產生親切感，從而激發學習動機。及時、正確地給予評價激發學生的成就感，從而產生學習的新動力。常常採用師生問答形式，學生感到枯燥、厭煩。教師讓學生與長毛絨動物握手交流，學生興趣倍增。

遊戲在英語課堂上的重要性都快比得上水之於魚了，很難想象一堂課上，如果沒有了遊戲，該怎麼繼續。不論高年級還是低年級，在遊戲中學習都是一種十分有效的學習方式。低年級學生好動又好勝，遊戲能讓他們在動身體的同時動腦，並且享受成功的喜悅。高年級的課堂相對而言比較乏味，適時的遊戲會是絕佳的作料。好的遊戲能讓一堂沉悶的英語課活躍起來，是學生學習的興奮的藥劑。

一、遊戲的安排應講究一個“適”字，適時、適式、適度。

（一）適時組織遊戲

看準時機，針對學生的實際安排合適的遊戲形式。

1.讓學生從思想上儘快進入英語課堂，遊戲導入是個相當快捷、有效的方法。我們可以安排listen and do，listen and point，look and say，flash and say等操作簡單，但具有檢查性質的遊戲。學生在玩遊戲的同時，複習了舊知識，情感上也得到了體驗。而從這些舊知識的複習，我們可以自然過渡到新知識的傳授，溫故知新，以舊帶新，一舉兩得。

2.在複習鞏固階段，最忌諱的是機械操練。遊戲能使複習變得生動。比如我們學了一系列水果以後，安排老師拿一個水果，學生說出來的環節，但反覆幾次之後，學生的積極性就會減弱。這時，我們安排遊戲Who is missing？Who is fast？Magic eyes等，學生的積極性就會立刻恢復，一隻只小手又會爭先恐後地舉

起。

3.當學生的臉上閃過“無聊”、“困惑”的痕跡時，遊戲可解“燃眉之急”。高年級的學生面臨背單詞、記單詞的難題。如果不講究方法地死記硬背，不但效果不好，學生的興趣也會逐漸降低。在這個階段，如果能幫助他們掌握正確的方法，促使他們主動背單詞，就會對他們以後的英語學習有很大的幫助。單詞接龍、吊死鬼、尋找共同點等遊戲，不僅讓學生始終處於積極思考的狀態，而且能提高他們課後記單詞的`興趣。

（二）適式組織遊戲

有些遊戲的可用性很強，如copy不走樣等遊戲，無論什麼內容，都能套用。但有些遊戲，卻不是什麼內容都合適的。教師要學會使用最恰當的遊戲，如flash and guess這樣的遊戲僅適合單詞教學，而不適合鞏固句型。

不同年齡階段的學生，對遊戲的口味也不同，我們要學會投其所好。低年級的學生喜歡趣味性強的，如copy不走樣，high voice and low voice能引起他們參與的慾望。而高年級的學生則喜歡探索型的遊戲，比如bingo、加減運算對抗賽就很受他們的歡迎。

（三）適度組織遊戲

在教學中，我們不能只爲讓學生放鬆、玩樂而安排遊戲，歸根結底，遊戲是爲教學服務的。在遊戲活動之前，我們必須指定相應的規則，沒有規則，遊戲過程就會很“亂”，有規則才能“活而

二、遊戲的組織，還要講究一個“變”字——以不變應萬變。

（一）巧設陷阱

同一個遊戲“發口令，做動作”，一般都是教師怎麼發，學生怎麼做，最多讓一個學生髮，其他學生做，偶爾做做反口令，分組進行比賽。做多了，學生的好奇心沒有了，遊戲就變成了機械操練。如果設幾個陷阱，就會有“眼睛一眨，老母雞變鴨”的效果。趣味性的調節就是教師在做動作的時候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的動作，眼神一定要是那種壞壞的，然後突然變成“起立”，讓學生產生和教師鬥下去的慾望。師生成了“敵人”，而遊戲就成了“戰爭”。把動作和語言結合起來，邊做動作邊說，動作和口令有時一致，有時不一致。在訓練學生對所學知識掌握的同時，還訓練了學生的反應能力。

（二）變換速度

隨着學生對知識的掌握逐漸加深，訓練的速度可以逐漸加快，這不但適合學習的規律，還使原本枯燥的操練重新顯出生氣，學生逐漸淡化的新奇感又被激起。

（三）獎勵機制的運用

在教育中，我們能體會到表揚和激勵對學生起的作用比批評更大。在老師的激勵下，學生的探索精神更易發揮，更容易學會原本以爲很難學的東西。我常常採用口頭表揚，認爲給學生物質獎勵會使他們變得功利，但在同事們的感染下，偶爾嘗試獎勵，也取得了很好的激勵效果。我用小五星激勵學生，常常搞得自己整個黃昏剪五角星，有時，一節課獎多了，自己還有點心疼，最重要的是用多了學生還不稀罕了。其實我們可以嘗試用加分的方法，注意分值有區別，加分要敏感，時時注意給學生以表揚，讓學生得到認可。這樣一來，不但讓自己得到解脫，更使獎勵更具可變性。

（四）以人爲本

a successful businessman, one of my father’s friends, devoted himseff to his business. he works from morning to night every day. there is no weekends in his mind. he often says, "i must earn much money so that i can get what i want. "lately, he is ill. though he has a lot of money, he can do nothing but lie in the hospital’s bed.

so i think health is more important than wealth people can do nothing if they are always in poor health, let alone happiness. no matter we are rich or not, we can not ignore the importance of health.

下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個優勢和條件：

1. 有良好的師德

我爲人處事的原則是：老老實實做人，認認真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個人品德素質的培養，努力做到尊重領導，團結同志，工作負責，辦事公道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師!認真學習和領會上級教育主管部門的文件精神，與時俱進，愛崗敬業，爲人師表，熱愛學生，尊重學生，爭取讓每個學生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發

從選擇教師這門職業的第一天起，我最大的心願就是做一名受學生歡迎的好老師，爲了這個心願，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學科的基本理論知識。

熟悉相關學科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結構，精通業務，精心施教，把握好教學的難點重點，認真探索教學規律，鑽研教學藝術，努力形成自己的教學特色。我的教學風格和教學效果普遍受到學生的認可和歡迎。
