1) 我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入，例如：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here. 然後就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。

2) 自我介紹的主體內容

① 姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。

② 年齡，年齡可説可不説，可以跟在姓名後帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)，也可以加上家鄉和家庭的介紹。

③ 原來的院校、專業：一定要把原來學校或公司的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

④ 性格、能力，可以着重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。以下是可供選擇的'形容詞：carefully，detail-oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、

Aggressive、adaptable、amicable等等。

在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.

⑤ 愛好，一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來説，同時要簡單説明這些愛好對你的積極意義。

⑥ 你對報考的專業有興趣，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響。
