What do you consider your major strength?你最主要的優點是什麼？
May also be: What are you best at? 或是：你最擅長什麼？
A. self-motivated （具有“自我激勵”的品質會不斷使你在工作中取得進步）
B. hard working and honest （所有的僱主都喜歡“努力而誠實”的人，無論交付什麼事情，都能讓老闆放心）
C. look for better ways of doing the work （這證明你是個愛思考而且聰明的.人，總是“尋找更好的做事方法”）
interpersonal relationships （這說明你有很好的人際關係，如果你本事再大，卻和同事們和不來，也會讓老闆十分頭疼的）
